Jacob made selling our house easy. We were first-time sellers. Jacob walked us through the process and explained everything in an easy-to-understand way. We were happy to let Jacob handle the complicated parts and confident that he was working in our best interest. He made sure we had a clear understanding of every decision that had to be made.
